4. Orders & Processing

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

5. Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics conditions.

IRL is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged Product Policy:
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost, subject to the following:

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery

  • The damage must be visible in the video

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, visuals, branding, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of IRL.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
