Returns, Refunds & Damage Policy

At IRL, every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement at no extra cost.

To claim this, you must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.

Requirements for a Valid Claim

  • Video must be recorded at the time of delivery
  • The delivery partner must be visible
  • Package must be shown unopened before unboxing
  • Video must be clear and continuous (no cuts)

Without this proof, we will not be able to process a replacement.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–4 days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
